My 5 - 6 year old Nirvana Heat Pump developed a major leak, draining my pool. I called Nirvana and spoke to Ann in customer servise. It was the best customer service call I ever made. Not only did Ann know my problem, she walked me through the repair, sent me the parts to do it myself and offered to contact a dealer to do a manufactures repair request. I made the repair and no more leaks all with Anns help. That's great service. Thanks D. Ging
