My 5 - 6 year old Nirvana Heat Pump developed a major leak, draining my pool. I called Nirvana and spoke to Ann in customer servise. It was the best customer service call I ever made. Not only did Ann know my problem, she walked me through the repair, sent me the parts to do it myself and offered to contact a dealer to do a manufactures repair request. Dans la même journée, une soumission a été effectuée et la réparation dans les 24h. M Thibouthot, le technicien, courtois, experimenté, explique avec gentillesse les détails de la fuite, le pourquoi et très rassurant sur la qualité à longterme de mon chauffe eau,... en bref, je suis vraiment impressionné par leur excellent service.
