AHRI Certified – Resulting in exceptionally low operating costs. NIRVANA offers the lowest operating costs in the industry, with pool heat pumps that operate at 300-600% efficiency.

From the compressor cover to the fan blades and composite housing, every element is designed to minimize noise levels.

Utilizes hot gas to heat the evaporator, enabling the heat pump to continue warming your pool even at lower ambient temperatures.

Its compact design allows for installation in tight spaces, providing optimal discretion.

1 Certified according to AHRI 1160: Ambient temperature (°F) / Relative humidity (%) / At the water temperature (°F). With a water flow rate of 0.45 GPM per 1,000 BTU at the 80/63/80. Pool dimensions listed for reference only. Results may vary based on region, ambient air temperature, and use of a solar blanket.
Notes — Heat pumps do not generate heat; they extract heat from the ambient air and transfer it to the pool water through a refrigeration cycle (similar to air conditioners and refrigerators).
The Coefficient of Performance (COP) represents the ratio of heat delivered to electrical energy consumed. For example, a COP of 6.0 means that for every 1 watt of electricity used, approximately 6 watts of heat (≈ 20.47 BTU/h) are transferred to the water. A higher COP generally results in lower operating cost per BTU.
Heat pump performance (COP and BTU output) varies depending on operating conditions, including ambient air temperature, relative humidity, and pool water temperature. BTU output determines how quickly a pool heats and how effectively temperature is maintained under real conditions.
Water flow rate and system conditions also influence overall heat transfer performance.
Fossil fuel heaters (natural gas, propane, oil) generate heat through combustion. Their energy output is based on fuel consumption and system efficiency (e.g., an 83% efficient 250,000 BTU/h heater delivers approximately 207,500 BTU/h to the pool).
Unlike heat pumps, fossil fuel heaters are largely unaffected by ambient air temperature or humidity, but their efficiency remains fixed and directly tied to fuel consumption.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY AT LOW TEMPERATURES IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR TO CONSIDER
NIRVANA heat pumps are engineered to deliver the best performance and build quality in their categories. MORE PERFORMANCE = LESS COST — day after day, year after year — keeping your pool warm and enjoyable throughout the entire season. NIRVANA offers the highest-performing units according to AHRI for low-temperature efficiency, which translates into some of the lowest total cost of ownership in the industry.

The Coefficient of Performance (COP) measures how effectively a heat pump transfers heat from the air into the pool water. Higher COP values result in lower operating costs. AHRI certification ensures that the unit’s performance has been independently tested and validated.
NIRVANA recommends the use of a solar cover, liquid or conventional, especially in colder weather, to improve energy efficiency.
