Silensor SLL150 Pool Pump

A quiet, energy-efficient, water-cooled pool pump.

The Silensor SLL150 is a water-cooled pool pump designed to operate more quietly than a traditional air-cooled pump. The noise from the motor is largely absorbed by the water that cools it, which helps reduce operating noise around the pool.

With 1.2 HP of power, a 240 V power supply, and a power consumption of 870 W/h at 50 feet of head, the SLL150 is ideal for residential installations that require an efficient, durable, and easy-to-install pump. Its motor also transfers some of the heat it generates to the pool water, rather than losing it to the ambient air.

A water-cooled pump

Unlike air-cooled pumps, the Silensor uses pool water to absorb much of the motor noise. This design eliminates the need for a noisy cooling fan and helps create a quieter environment around the pool.

A cost-effective pump

Silensor technology is designed to reduce energy consumption while delivering a flow rate comparable to that of a popular traditional pump. According to the reference data in the brochure, the SLL150 consumes 870 W/h at 50 feet of head.

Heat transferred to water

The water-cooled pump transfers some of the heat it generates to the pool water. This energy, which is normally lost to the ambient air in an air-cooled pump, can contribute to a more comfortable swimming experience.

The Silensor line is manufactured in Australia by Davey. The design incorporates corrosion-resistant materials, a UV-stabilized plastic housing, a patented sealing system, and thermal protection that automatically shuts off the pump when there is no water flow.
