Customer service
Nirvana Chauffe-Piscine is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Customer Service Manager at our Trois-Rivières office, where the best pool heat pumps in the industry are proudly manufactured.
Your responsibilities:
- Respond to customer requests for pool heat pump repairs
- Plan and coordinate repair appointments with the team of technicians
- Follow-up on repair files, including estimates and work authorizations
- Enter intervention information into the management system
- Manage returns and orders for parts needed for repairs
- Provide telephone and e-mail support to customers, responding to their questions and concerns
- Handle customer complaints or problems in a professional and efficient manner

You will work closely with in-house teams to ensure efficient follow-up of administrative, logistical and production operations. This position requires rigor, good analytical skills and the ability to adapt.
Main responsibilities

Profile required

Do you have brazing experience and want to put your know-how to good use in a growing Quebec company? Nirvana Chauffe-Piscine is looking for a welder specialized in acetylene/oxygen brazing to join our production line dedicated to the assembly of copper refrigeration circuits.
Responsibilities

Braze copper piping using acetylene/oxygen flashlight and silver rod

Assemble refrigeration circuit components according to drawings and established procedures

Ensure the quality and tightness of welded joints

Work with the production team to ensure the smooth running of the chain
Profile required

Experience in flashlight brazing (acetylene/oxygen)
